Swung by the post office to mail my acknowledgment of “Razi”‘s acceptance to Cricket‘s editor and also sent them another fairytale. Iron. Hot. Bap.
Only three crits of my current offering on Critters so far. Two positive, one not so much. I was expecting a more lukewarm response to this one. Dangit, I’m just dissatisfied with it is what I am. Well, hopefully the feedback I get will help me fix it more to my liking.
Matthew and I plan to do a little early Christmas shopping and see The Matrix 3 this weekend.
I’m feeling much better today. Although Matthew warned me yesterday not to overdo it as I ran shrieking through the house upon reading the letter from Cricket. Heh.
I think I’ve seen the 1st Matrix movie, is it with that girl Angelina Joli or something? I wasn’t too impress with the first movie and I thought she was a lousy actress, but who knows, maybe the subsequent movies are better. But don’t listen to me, just expressing an opinion.

I suspect you’re thinking of the movie Tomb Raider. Yeah, that was an exceptionally lame film, and I’m not a big fan of Angelina Jolie. The Matrix movies have Keanu Reeves and Laurence Fishburne in them. The first one was fantastic, the second one . . . enjoyable. I didn’t bother going to see the 2nd Tomb Raider movie.
Hmm. I see that movie a year ago and gotta check the title of it, I’m not sure if it’s Tomb Raider either. If I see the DVD cover, I can recognize it. But it is one of these movie where Angelina was fighting with some robot (in the beginning of the movie) and all of it are just fighting, there is really NO plot in the story. It was a real waste of film. And knowing that some of these young men are gagaing for Angelina Joli–I don’t think she’s that hot. Hmm.
