Safe in Utah. Free WiFi across the street at the Starbucks. Cold and snowy, but good company and (I hope) good movies. Sundance, charge! Already, the muse stirs. Whee!

Yay for free Wi-Fi!
Thanks for checking in. 🙂
Yay! Say hi to Matt for me. Have fun out there.
Enjoy the flicks!
Have fun! Don’t do anything I wouldn’t do: like raise a horde of mindless zombies to raze the town. Oh, wait, I said don’t do anything I wouldn’t do.
Free Wi-Fi in a Starbucks? How???? Every Starbucks I’ve ever been to has T-Mobile and pay thru the nose ($40 a month last I checked)…
I get it for $20/mo added to my plan.
This Starbucks was inside a grocery story–an odd combination, but a little more understandable considering its location. I was pretty astonished to find it was free myself, although I only used it twice. It just wasn’t convenient lugging my laptop across the street, especially when there were free Internet cafes associated with Sundance I could use on the main drag.
Soooo envious! Stay out of the big square in Salt Lake City. They might pick up on pagan vibes or whatever and try to convert you.
in her best Napoleon imitation…. “LUCKY!…”
We want to hear ALL about it when you return!
Yay!! Good to hear from you–enjoy your trip, and write lots! We expect at least twenty new masterpieces by the time you come back! 😉
Seriously, have fun, Eugie.
